How to live your life more fullyThis group is for
women who want to learn more about themselves, and are looking for a
quiet, peaceful and supportive space.
We use Ritual, Sharing, “Deep Imagery”, and experiments in mindfulness based on the Hakomi Method, to create mutual support and a space for continuous growth. These different approaches help us to learn more about our strengths and needs, and to find ways to be more connected to ourselves, to others, and the flow of life. When
